Matthew Hatfield earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, with a minor in Business Administration, from Baylor University and received his Juris Doctor from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law. While in law school Matthew volunteered for the Tax Clinic, helping people timely file their taxes.

Matthew is a Texas Bar College member and is a part of the Individual Rights and Responsibilities, Insurance Law, and Litigation Sections of the State Bar of Texas.

Matthew is native San Antonio, having grown up just north of San Antonio in Garden Ridge, Texas. When he is not at the office, you can find Matthew watching Baylor sports, or spending time with his friends and family.
